Co-founders Kris Shingleton and Glenn Fernandes brought a combined 30+ years of industry knowledge and a shared commitment to customer-first service.

Meet Kris Shingleton, Owner

Kris Shingleton, a Kansas City native, Army veteran, and family man, began his home improvement career in 2012.

After graduating from Blue Valley West, he served as a Black Hawk Crew Chief while earning a marketing degree. Kris later worked for two of the region’s largest companies, gaining leadership experience and insight into how the industry could serve homeowners better.

At Timeless Home Solutions, Kris focuses on treating customers like family through honesty, education, and personalized service.

Meet Glenn Fernandes, Owner

Born and raised in Kansas City, Glenn Fernandes brings 17 years of remodeling experience to the table.

A graduate of Turner High School, Glenn spent his early career learning from some of the industry’s most respected journeymen and craftsmen. That hands-on training helped shape his deep expertise in residential renovations—and his reputation for quality, precision, and integrity.

Glenn approaches every project with the mindset that it’s more than construction—it’s someone’s home.
